FITNESS: The Best Defense Against Disease is a Good Offense - FITNESS!

AND CONSISTENCY IN ALL THREE
is the equation for FITNESS and our
BEST DEFENSE AGAINST DISEASE!

Here's an exercise probably none of us
are doing that can help those
back ailments, especially in
older folks.

on our menus.
