Should Gun Regulations be Applied to People on the 'Terrorist Watch-List'?

Currently there is
NO FEDERAL GUN-REGULATORY LAW
in
AMERICA.
***************************************
The argument against gun control is based on
2nd Amendment Rights allowing citizens
the right to own and keep fire arms.
Given the recent 'terrorist-hysteria' fomented
by The Paris Attacks,  and the fact that
numbers of American citizens are on
the 'Terrorist Watch-List', the valid
question arises asking,
Should people on the Terrorist Watch-List be
allowed to purchase guns?
Speaker of the House of Representatives
PAUL RYAN,
a strong advocate of 'no gun regulations',
was asked this question earlier this week and
he equivocated, meaning he didn't
answer the question.

NRA Spokesman Wayne La Pierre
could not be reached for comment.

This was found
 from a Texas Representative...
*********************************
NRA Board Member Ted Nugent
was not asked the question.

And THIS was published last Wednesday...

Your thoughts?
